Cancellation Policy 

A 50% retainer is required to book an appointment. Appointments must be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the service in order to receive a full refund on the retainer. Cancellations without a 48 hour or more notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee taken from the full value of the service and withheld from the retainer. No shows and Cancellations made the day of or with less than 24 hrs notice then no portion of the retainer will be refunded.

Retainers made on extension packages are strictly non refundable due to the customized nature of hair extensions and the extensive time booked out for the service. 

Re-Do Policy

SERVICES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE. If you are not fully satisfied with the service please contact Lauren Constance within 48 hours to correct the service. All re - do services must take place within 7 days of the original service performed. If you do not contact Lauren within the required time frame you will be required to schedule and pay for a new service. A Re- do service is to correct the agreed upon service performed and cannot be applied if you suddenly decide to change your mind. For example: If you're a blonde and wanted to be brunette but decided you don't like it and want to be blonde again. 

Retail Refund Policy

You may exchange any opened or unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase as long as 95% is still in the bottle. Lauren Constance will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs and the value of the product you are returning will be applied towards the new product. Cash or credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. Retail returns can't be used as a service credit.
